MARKETING MANAGER

Reporting directly to the company’s management, we are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong 360º marketing expertise (strategic, operational, and tactical) to lead the department. The ideal candidate will develop and implement initiatives that drive real business impact, where creativity and attention to detail are essential. This role is crucial in strengthening the company’s global presence, ensuring effective communication with clients, and differentiating its products in a highly specialized industry.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy, aligning it with the company’s commercial objectives.
- Develop and implement operational and tactical marketing plans, including lead generation, social networks, brand positioning, and content strategies.
- Manage corporate communication and brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
- Coordinate key international events and trade shows in the industry.
- Create high-impact marketing materials (digital and offline) that highlight the unique value of our technological solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling messages.
- Lead the marketing team, making key decisions regarding management and development.
- Manage the marketing budget, optimizing investments across various initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry movements to identify growth opportunities.
- Support international teams in identifying local needs to orchestrate tailor-made marketing strategies for each market.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in international B2B marketing, preferably in high-tech or industrial sectors.
- Deep knowledge of strategic, operational, and tactical marketing, with the ability to manage the entire marketing cycle.
- Proven experience in marketing high-value products and complex sales environments.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and differentiating strategies.
- Fluency in English is a must (French and Spanish are a plus).
- Experience in managing international events and industry trade shows.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and automation platforms.
- Availability to travel internationally.
