We are looking for a mission-driven Analyst or Associate to join a Climate Tech investment team backing entrepreneurs tackling some of humanity’s most pressing challenges. • The Operator: You’ve worked in or alongside startups or scale-ups and understand what it takes to move fast, iterate, and support founders through growth.

• The Scientist: You come from a STEM background (engineering, science, research, lab, PhD, etc.) and want to help scale breakthrough climate and cleantech innovations through VC.

• Strong motivation to build a career in Climate Tech Venture Capital and create real-world impact

• Intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and humility

• Passion for improving the world through a different approach to investing

• Source and analyze new climate-related investment opportunities

• Support dealflow management, market studies, and company analysis

• Prepare investment memos and materials for the Investment Committee

• Support due diligence and deal execution

• Collaborate on portfolio monitoring and valuation

• Engage with founders, investors, and the broader climate tech ecosystem

• Represent the fund at events and conferences

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (Consulting, VC, PE, or venture-backed scale-ups preferred)

• Familiarity with startups and the venture capital ecosystem

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (energy, cleantech, engineering, or similar)

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong empathetic communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work autonomously in a small, entrepreneurial team

• Basic data analysis or programming skills are a plus

• Fluency in Spanish and English
